Room had a strong musty odor and a dead roach under the sheet. Breakfast options were scarce, with only cereal, some muffins, and overly strong coffee. The air conditioning wasn't effective, and the tub looked poorly maintained with paint on it.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the warm Southern hospitality made us feel welcome right away. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool and all the breakfast options, from waffles to yogurt.

The cleanliness left much to be desired, with hairs and stains on linens and a troubling lack of basic toiletries, like towels and trash bags. The presence of pests made for an uncomfortable stay, further compounded by limited options available from the front desk when issues were reported. However, the location was decent, and I appreciated the effort made by the staff, despite the circumstances. Breakfast options, including udon soups, provided a bit of a highlight to an otherwise disappointing experience.
